Founded in 1961, Fairfax Christian School began with kindergarten through eighth grade in a Victorian home in Fairfax, Virginia. The first high school graduate completed their studies in 1968. 

Over the decades, the school grew, moving from temporary church campuses to a permanent site in Vienna, Virginia. In 2018, the school relocated to a state-of-the-art 50,000-square-foot campus in Dulles, Virginia.
